As Deputy CHRO of Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Lillian provides people leadership in strategic workforce planning, HR business partnering, HR transformation, performance and talent management, union labour relations, as well as compensation and benefits. In particular, she plays a critical role in the formulation and implementation of people strategies in close partnership with senior leaders.

Going beyond HR business partnering, Lillian is instrumental in co-driving workforce transformation efforts. She led the strategy formulation and framework implementation to build a selection pipeline for a spectrum of jobs from Frontline Associates to Engineers and Executives.
