Linda Teo, country manager of ManpowerGroup Singapore, has more than 20 years’ business and human capital management experience under her belt. She oversees the local operations and expansion of the brands under the ManpowerGroup – Manpower, Experis, and Talent Solutions. Prior to joining ManpowerGroup, Linda held several executive positions in the information technology, media, staffing and education sectors. In 2007, she was tasked to lead the operations team. Her deep industry knowledge has helped her to address the many human capital challenges faced by her diverse clientele base, and she has often been commended by her clients for her creative approach to talent acquisition and management. Linda holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Science, majoring in Economics, from National University of Singapore and a Master of Business Administration from University of Western Australia.
