Lynn Tan

Lynn is currently a Vice President, Head of HR Singapore at Telenor, a leading telecommunications company across the Nordics and Asia. She has over 20 years of HR experience – both local and regional, which spans across various industries, diverse cultures and employee demographics. In her current role at Telenor, she has oversight for the HR function which covers activities such as HR Business Partnering, Employee Engagement, Compensation and Benefits and many more. She enjoys dealing with people and has never regretted her decision pursuing the HR profession.   

Lynn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Nanyang Technological University, and has recently been accredited as a Senior Professional with Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP). She is also a member of the Singapore Human Resources Institute (SHRI).
