Marcus is the Group Chief HR Officer for Mandai Wildlife Group which is driving the rejuvenation of the Mandai Wildlife Reserve into an integrated nature and wildlife destination. As the steward of Singapore’s wildlife parks, the Group is operationally dedicated to the management of world-class experiences that foster conservation and research, while educating its visitors about the intrinsic value of animals and their habitats in well-functioning ecosystems. 

Helming the Group’s HR endeavours, Marcus is passionate about cultivating a united community of like-minded individuals, all sharing a common dedication to preserve and safeguard wildlife. He brings a wealth of expertise to his HR role with a career that has spanned the government, aviation and tourism sectors.
