Medha is a seasoned HR practitioner with over 12 years’ of experience in industries spanning across Technology, Data analytics & retail. She has worked across the spectrum ranging from early-stage start-ups to large scale multi-national organizations, wherein she has had expertise in setting up & scaling HR functions from scratch. Her core expertise lies in Business Partnering, HR strategy, employee engagement and performance management to name a few.

She has vast experience in collaborating with C-Suite & leadership teams spread across functions and geographies and helping them establish people friendly frameworks, thus creating engaged and high performing teams. Having an inclusive, motivated, happy & resolute workforce is what drives her everyday at work to push harder through times of crisis.

She is currently working with SouthEast Asia’s largest sustainable fashion platform, Style Theory, wherein she is responsible for headlining their People agenda across Singapore, Indonesia & HongKong markets.

In her free time, Medha loves to cook, read & travel, not necessarily in that order!
