Melissa Kee

In her current role, Melissa heads the Corporate HR function headquartered in Singapore with responsibilities in diverse global operations across multiple industry sectors such as maritime, property, data center and agriculture solutions.

Prior to joining KSL Group, Melissa worked for Johnson & Johnson and Dow Chemical as the APAC Enterprise Talent Management Director for about 9 years, driving both strategy and implementation of key talent initiatives across the enterprise in Asia Pacific. She also spent 12 years in the high tech industry working for Microsoft and Intel in various HR management and operational capacity.

She has gained a wide range of expertise in HR leadership positions, change management, mergers & acquisition, HR Business Partnering, employee engagement, leadership development and talent management. Melissa brings with her a deep passion for talent development and developing careers of high potential leaders in a competitive and diverse Asian market. She holds a BBBA (Distinction) from RMIT and recently completed the Advanced Management Programme at INSEAD.
