Michelle Lee
Chief People Officer
JustCo
Michelle Lee is the Chief People Officer at JustCo. She oversees the company’s human resources to support the strategic growth of JustCo.
Prior to her current role, Michelle was Executive Vice President of HR at Shangri-La Group, where she was responsible for global HR operations and was instrumental in leading the company’s HR transformation. She also served concurrently as Chief Corporate Development Officer at Allgreen Properties.
Michelle has over 20 years of HR leadership experience, including roles at CapitaMalls Asia and LUXASIA Group. She started her career at Singapore’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Business (Second Class Upper Honours) degree from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, with a major in Human Resources Management.
