Patrick leads the Asia Pacific human resources team to align regional talent strategies with company business priorities to deliver strategic HR solutions and produce positive and lasting impact and value.

With a diverse professional background in both the private and public sectors, ranging from federal government and aviation to human capital consulting and manufacturing, Patrick is a well experienced HR leader, overseeing HR activities across 16 countries spanning Asia, North America, Europe, and Oceania.

Patrick is passionate about people, supporting their individual development and achievements by applying his longstanding experience in leadership, strategy and change management towards building talent and capability across organisations.

Patrick holds a bachelor of management degree from the University of Lethbridge and an advanced graduate diploma from Capilano University in Canada, and a MBA from INSEEC in France.
