Phil’s L’Oréal journey began in 2015 as the Head of Human Resources for L’Oréal Luxury division for Australia and New Zealand. 4 years later, Phil moved with L’Oréal to Hong Kong for an Asia Pacific HR scope with focus on organisation design and large-scale talent development programmes across 10 markets. For the last 2 years, Phil has been based in Singapore to spearhead initiatives across the region growing People, Development and Learning for L’Oréal.

Phil’s has grown his career as a champion enabling teams to create significant meaningful value for themselves and their customers. He is passionate about finding, connecting, and nurturing talents for the future with a collective-growth mindset, emphasised importantly with a balanced proximity to the business and a proximity to the people.
