Priscilla has more than 28 years of experience leading various HR functions in the high tech, banking and healthcare sector. As Group CHRO NUHS, she heads up the HR function covering 3 hospitals, 1 community hospital and 7 polyclinics serving the western population of Singapore. Priscilla plays a key role in the digitalization of HR and led the successful implementation of Success Factors in 2021, making NUHS the first public healthcare institution to be on a cloud HR and mobile app enabled platform. She is passionate about driving transformation HR changes and partners the business stakeholders actively to engage and maximize the fullest potential of every employee.
