Raymond Soh (IHRP-CP) is the Head of People in TiffinLabs and leads the people strategy and people initiatives. After almost a decade working in HR for globalised MNCs and the Government, Raymond believes in a practical approach to HR and knows what truly drives conversations, how to optimise HR processes and policies for employee experience.

Raymond was previously the People Operations Strategy Lead at Publicis Sapient, a leading Digital Business Transformation Consultancy and led their HR capabilities in compliance, operations and market expansions across Asia and Japan. Being an industry thought leader and mentor, Raymond has landed coverage in print by HRM Asia and HRD Future and delivered his keynotes at HRM Asia’s annual HR festival. Raymond holds a Bachelor’s of Commerce in Business Management and HR Management from Murdoch University and is an Institute of Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) Certified Practitioner.
