Ruchika is an experienced HR professional, with a good understanding of the talent management landscape of Asia, Europe, ME, Africa, and the US.

She has more than two decades of practitioner experience, with more than a decade with Mercer Consulting.

She has led a team of consultants and advised organizations to enhance their ability to access talent and knowledge globally and to leverage talent and learning strategies, employee rewards, and HR Tech, aligning it with talent as well as business strategy and employee development

Her technical expertise spans areas such as job evaluation, organization effectiveness, talent management, executive and broad-based rewards, performance, succession planning, leadership competencies, performance management design and goal setting, employee engagement, learning and development, expat compensation, etc. She is an accomplished trainer and has conducted multiple workshops.

She leads the Corporate HR at Apollo Tyres, globally. She is responsible for global talent management, L&D, Performance, Rewards and Mobility, HR policy, HR Technology amongst other things. She is also the global HR BP Head for all corporate functions. Overall, she aligns HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs and drives and an HR agenda that closely supports organizational goals.

She has authored several articles for global publications including Brink Asia, Forbes, The Economic Times, Peoplematters, Global Benefits Vision, and Worldwide ERC
