With over 20 years of experience in various Senior HR & Customer Experience roles in the telecom and banking industry, Saif’s experience in the Employee Development, Employee Engagement and Talent Management drove the transformation of the culture within the organisation. Previously, he was the Head of both Employees Engagement and Learning & Development of Omantel where he established the structure and function of those department at Omantel. This was recognised and rewarded in different international conferences around the world. Today, he is the General Manager of the People Experience supporting over 2,300 employees across all Omantel. He is a member of several international reputed associations.

Saif holds an MBA from Strathclyde University in Glasgow.
