Sally Soh is People & Organization (P&O) Head for Novartis Singapore with a concurrent portfolio as the P&O business partner to the Pharmaceuticals business for Singapore. She is also a member of the Singapore Country Leadership Team and chairs the Singapore P&O Board.
Sally is an experienced HR practitioner with over 18 years’ experience in industries spanning across manufacturing, petrochemical and pharmaceuticals, partnering business to optimize both personal and business performance through culture change and people agenda.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from RMIT University. Sally loves travelling with her family and friends, as much as winding down a busy day with Netflix.
