With a personal and professional goal of helping individuals and teams reach their potential, Jin found a natural home in HR after starting his career in Marketing and Sales. He has been based in Australia, the UK, and now Singapore, covering the different remits of local, regional and global roles.<\/p>\n

Jin is currently the HR Director for HEINEKEN in the Asia Pacific region – an independent global brewer with a strong porfolio of 300 international, regional and local beer and cider brands led by Heineken\u00ae and worldwide presence in 70 markets. Prior to this, he worked in Unilever, AXA and the Discovery Channel. He has been based in Singapore for over 14 years and appreciates all that can be learnt from others.<\/p>\n
