Joel Leong is the global Talent Management Director at Jabil Inc, a $22 billion Fortune 200 organisation that is a leader in the supply chain and electronic manufacturing sector. Based in Singapore, he is responsible for a wide range of enterprise-wide talent management interventions, including talent strategy and framework, team and leadership development and performance management.<\/p>\n

Prior to joining Jabil, Joel was the APAC Head of Learning and Organisational Development in Bank of New York Mellon. Before that, he has held leadership roles in renowned global organisations from several sectors, including banking, pharmaceutical and energy.<\/p>\n
