With more than 12 years of experience in HR, Kelly brings with her a strong passion and experience in Human Capital Strategy and Management. She specialises in HRM and Organization Development and has developed the global frameworks for leadership development, talent management, performance management, competency framework in Yokogawa, including implementing strategic HR areas such as leadership and coaching, culture & values, talent development & retention, succession planning, employee engagement, rewards and recognition programmes, L&OD etc.<\/p>\n

Kelly currently leads the Global Talent Acquisition in Yokogawa as well as APAC Region in talent management, learning and organizational development including an array of special projects across both corporate and the business operations.<\/p>\n

Prior to joining Yokogawa, she was working closely with process industry organizations on human capital development in the Singapore Workforce Development Agency, and as a Marketing and Business Development Professional in the private sector. She started her career with an exciting stint in the Singapore Republic Air Force as an Air Defence Officer.<\/p>\n

Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts (Statistics) from the National University of Singapore and an MBA from the Arcadia University (USA). She is a Certified Advanced Behavioural Analyst and Certified Total Rewards Professional (CTRP), and has certifications in ACTA, Hogan Assessments, Team Management Systems, Lominger Leadership Architect & Voices Multi-Rater, KFALP and Thunderbird Global Mindset Inventory, Hay Job Evaluation etc.<\/p>\n
