Karen is the Regional HR Director for Paradise Group Holdings. She heads the local and regional HR teams and is responsible for developing HR plans and strategies to support the overall business operations objectives. She also provides advice on HR-related issues to Senior Management and ensures HR matters are given full consideration in management\u2019s decision making.
After graduating from the National University of Singapore, Karen built her HR career around generalist functions, including but not limited to, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and industrial relations. She is armed with years of HR experience in diverse industries, in both the public and private sectors, and including a start-up.<\/p>\n
