With a focus on business performance, Violette leads efforts to drive the corporation\u2019s people strategy, empowering the company\u2019s current and future workforce and building a healthy culture focused on positively differentiating company by increasing value as experienced by customers, employees & communities. Violette works across the Asia sites to support UCT\u2019s commitment to create an energizing work experience and a culture that is powerfully diverse and globally inclusive.<\/p>\n

With over 20 years of experience, Violette has held leadership roles largely within the semiconductor, manufacturing and healthcare industries and her expertise lies in global leadership development, change management, talent management, global diversity and inclusion, training design and delivery, recruitment as well as mergers & acquisitions.<\/p>\n

Violette holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Nanyang Technological University and is an avid traveller who enjoys spending time with her family and friends.<\/p>\n
