Janice Yee is a seasoned HR practitioner with over 15 years\u2019 experience in industries spanning across engineering, chemical and pharmaceuticals. She has taken on HR roles including HR business partnering, compensation and benefits and HR information systems across various geographies, before returning to Singapore, where she is currently residing.<\/p>\n

Overseeing all aspects of human capital strategy, she supports and builds Human Resource teams and infrastructure across Takeda’s Asia Pacific region, to effectively support business growth and contribute to the People agenda. She is passionate about creating an exceptional people experience where employees can thrive professionally and personally. Janice is also a firm believer of servant leadership and leading with a global mindset but a local approach.<\/p>\n

In her free time, Janice enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends over good food.<\/p>\n
