Willis Phua is a multi-national group executive with almost 20 years of management experience, having taken on senior operational and functional leadership roles in HK, Singapore, Myanmar, Indonesia, and Vietnam.<\/p>\n

Willis is currently the global HR head for Yeo Hiap Seng. With a corporate history that extends more than 120 years, Yeo\u2019s is a F&B conglomerate that is headquartered in Singapore with a global network that spans Asia-Pacific, Europe, North America and Oceanic regions.<\/p>\n

Prior to that, Willis spent 15 years with Jardine Schindler Group, taking on various senior leadership roles across the region. JSG is a Joint Venture between Jardine Matheson in Hong Kong and Schindler Group of Switzerland.<\/p>\n

Willis obtained his executive education with Harvard Business School and is a member of the Harvard Alumni.<\/p>\n

In his private capacity, Willis sits on the Board of Emerging Market Entrepreneurs, an incubator fund. In addition, he is also a Board Member of BSB, a non-profit organisation dedicated to building schools across Myanmar.<\/p>\n
