Dawn leads the People Strategy in Asia Pacific for Menarini; a leading Italian pharmaceutical company with about 17,000 employees in 140 markets globally and oversees the full spectrum of Human Resource functions across 13 markets in APAC.<\/p>\n

A seasoned and versatile HR professional with more than 25 years of broad HR and change management experience in diverse industries, she has hands-on experience in designing, developing and deploying HR initiatives in talent management, total rewards and organizational development across the region. She has a particular interest in talent development; helping individuals and teams leverage their unique strengths to reach their highest potential as she believes that an organization or team is at its best when there is alignment of diversified strengths.<\/p>\n

Dawn graduated with a Bachelors in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore, major in Human Resource Management.<\/p>\n
