Jocelyn Chan is the Human Resource Director for Aspial, which is a group with diverse business operations in jewellery retailing, real estate, financial services, hospitality and precious metal trading. Prior to her current role, she was the Human Resource Director for Dairy Farm Singapore overseeing the human resource function for an 8000-strong workforce. Jocelyn holds a Master of Business from Nanyang Technological University and a Master of Science in Advanced Leadership Practise from University of Edinburgh Napier.<\/p>\n
