With over 20 years of experience in human resource management, Gloria has a track record of building Human Resources function and teams from the ground up. She is a strategic thinker and thought leader who influences and advises leaders as a business partner, fuelling positive organisational development and a high performing culture.<\/p>\n

She is also a leader characterised with extraordinary ability to deliver and believes strongly in walking the talk. She was recently featured in SwedCham\u2019s #candid: 100 Perspectives on Gender Equality in Singapore – an unprecedented collection of leadership voices speaking out on the important role of women in society and business, where she spoke on going beyond gender equality.<\/p>\n

She currently manages the global Human Resources function for Ikano Retail, a franchisee of IKEA. Gloria holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management with Temple University. She is a Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).<\/p>\n
