People engagement and business success go hand in hand, they are topics I am incredibly passionate about. A core people focus can take your business from average to market leading, and its not that hard or expensive to do. <\/p>\n

After years of companies asking why my teams were more successful than theirs, this drove me to dig deeper and understand not only what makes a good teams, but what makes a great business. Or, more importantly what is holding a business back from being great. <\/p>\n

It became clear to me that it is not just product, and strategy, or money for advertising, which are all important in themselves, but a much deeper characteristic that all companies share- The People. I had unknowingly developed a talent for leading teams and focusing on success through engaging my people. Now that I can look back, I can see it came from a passion to engage others and ensure they could achieve their success before I focused on mine.<\/p>\n

At Love, Bonito, I focus on helping find success through engaging our people, and putting in place strategies and plans that are more than tick box outcomes. Rather they are living documents that allow our teams to be involved, have their voices heard, and be engaged in their own success, as well as that of the business. This is what makes a sustainable and successful company, that is also an enjoyable place to work!<\/p>\n
