Fiona Wong joined Manulife Asia in 2020 as Vice President, Human Resources, Emerging Markets based out of Singapore. She works with country leadership across six Southeast Asia markets \u2013 Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, and Vietnam. She joined the Company from MetLife, where she was most recently based out of New York as the Global Head of Culture & Engagement.<\/p>\n

Fiona has worked across different industries and lived in various countries throughout her career. Prior to joining MetLife in Hong Kong as VP, Talent Management, Asia Region, she worked at L\u2019Oreal as the Head of Human Resources, Consumer Products Division, based in China. She also spent her earlier career based out of North America where she worked at PepsiCo, CNBC \u2013 General Electric Company, and Bausch & Lomb.<\/p>\n

Fiona was born in Hong Kong, grew up in England, Taiwan, and Singapore before moving to the United States to pursue higher education. She received her BA and MBA from the University of Rochester, in New York.<\/p>\n
