Sehr joined Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf as the Global CHRO on April 1st, 2022, based in Singapore. In her role she is responsible for creating a high performance, learning & people-first culture to enable the rapid growth and transformation strategy of the business.<\/p>\n

Sehr brings a global perspective, cultural savvy and multi-industry experience in leading growth, change and transformation for global businesses. She was previously the CHRO Asia for Mercer and has held Global and Regional HR leadership roles for ABN AMRO, Chartis Insurance, McDonalds and IFM Investors.\u00a0What sets her apart is her distinct commercial focus having started her career as a Corporate Banker. She is a sought-after speaker at various conferences and leadership panels.<\/p>\n

Sehr has an MBA in Corporate Finance from the Edinburgh Business School where she was a Commonwealth Scholar. Prior to that, she graduated as a Wien Scholar from Brandeis University with a BA in Economics. She is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a certified Executive Coach from the Institute of Executive Coaching in Australia. She is also a Board Member at Developments in Literacy \u201cDIL\u201d a global NGO educating children living in slums and at Xccelerate an EdTech scale-up Talent Marketplace going from Education to Employment.<\/p>\n

A self-confessed global nomad, having lived in 10 countries and 12 cities. She enjoys hiking, adventure travel, yoga, meditation, live theatre, coffee cupping and tea tasting.<\/p>\n
