Additionally, he’s deeply passionate about building inclusive workplaces; he spearheaded the creation and leadership of Emerson’s Asia Pacific Inclusion Council to create spaces where everyone feels they belong.<\/p>\n

As a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner, he goes beyond the surface to uncover what really drives people. Drawing from Jungian psychology, he incorporates elements such as archetypes, the collective unconscious, and individuation to unlock the hidden potential within individuals.
