Phil\u2019s L\u2019Or\u00e9al journey began in 2015 as the Head of Human Resources for L\u2019Or\u00e9al Luxury division for Australia and New Zealand. 4 years later, Phil moved with L\u2019Or\u00e9al to Hong Kong for an Asia Pacific HR scope with focus on organisation design and large-scale talent development programmes across 10 markets. For the last 2 years, Phil has been based in Singapore to spearhead initiatives across the region growing People, Development and Learning for L\u2019Or\u00e9al.<\/p>\n

Phil\u2019s has grown his career as a champion enabling teams to create significant meaningful value for themselves and their customers.
