She spearheaded change management, culture transformation, building efficient and coherent team, led high impact regional projects, along with continued strategic business partnering. Sharon has experience in different industries such as aviation, hospitality in luxury hotel groups, healthcare, pharmaceutical and medical life sciences, with geographical footprints in Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa and Latin America.<\/p>\n

Sharon is currently the HR Director at dnata Singapore, one of the world\u2019s largest air services providers under The Emirates Group offering ground handling, cargo, catering and travel services across six continents. As a key senior leader of the Singapore team and an integral member of the global HR leadership team, she partners closely with the leaders on the ground as well as in the region to be the world\u2019s most admired air services provider.<\/p>\n

Sharon graduated from the National University of Singapore, where she obtained her Bachelor of Social Sciences in Psychology and Social Work.
