With 15 years of HR leadership experience in the luxury hospitality sector, he is recognised by industry leaders in his ability to drive organisational effectiveness, nurture leadership pipelines, and foster inclusive, high-performance cultures. He brings a strong commercial mindset to his role, collaborating closely with senior executives to design and implement people strategies that drives business agility, workforce resilience, measurable business outcomes and foster organisational growth. Jonathan is passionate about future-focused people practices, including employee experience design and data-driven workforce planning. A graduate of Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, he holds a degree in Accountancy with a second specialisation in Human Resources, combining analytical acumen with a deep understanding of human capital.
