Patrick leads the Asia Pacific human resources team to align regional talent strategies with company business priorities to deliver strategic HR solutions and produce positive and lasting impact and value.<\/p>\n

With a diverse professional background in both the private and public sectors, ranging from federal government and aviation to human capital consulting and manufacturing, Patrick is a well experienced HR leader, overseeing HR activities across 16 countries spanning Asia, North America, Europe, and Oceania. <\/p>\n

Patrick is passionate about people, supporting their individual development and achievements by applying his longstanding experience in leadership, strategy and change management towards building talent and capability across organisations.<\/p>\n
