Ho Seng Chee is Chief Work & Culture Officer at JustCo, Asia\u2019s leading co-working company. He oversees the Workspace, Human Resources and Legal functions across the JustCo group and is a member of the group\u2019s Executive Committee.<\/p>\n

A lawyer by training, Seng Chee started his professional career in private law practice in Singapore. This was followed by a decade in public service at the International Monetary Fund in Washington, where he held diverse positions in legal and other areas. In 2008, he returned to the private sector and spent the next 10 years at Mapletree and CapitaLand, two of Asia\u2019s largest real estate companies, where he served in both corporate and business positions (legal, HR, communications, Vietnam CEO).<\/p>\n
