Zhi Jia is the HR Director of Under Armour, South Asia Pacific. She has a demonstrated history of working in different retail companies like LVMH, DFS and Swatch Group.

She believes in a purpose driven approach to drive both business and people initiatives. Outside of work, she dedicates her time to promote a stronger Singaporean workforce as a Singapore Leaders Network Ambassador and also volunteers as a youth and women mentor to drive women and youth empowerment.
