Adipat Chaichanasakul

HR Center of Excellence Director

Adipat Chaichanasakul is responsible for managing the HR Centre of Excellence across True Group, True Digital Group, Thana Telecom, Ascend Group, and CP Medical Center, with the aim to innovate and continuously improve people practices, employee experiences, and ultimately, achieve business results through people.

He also manages projects related to digital transformation, along with other strategic projects across Charoen Pokphand Group (for example, One Young World by CPG, CP Scholarship). Previously, he served as a consultant in the areas related to human capital management at Aon Hewitt and Deloitte.

In the academic field, Dr Andy has served as a professional lecturer and advisor at several leading universities in Thailand and the US. He also completed his pre-doctoral certification at Stanford University and received his doctor of philosophy and master of arts in counselling psychology from University of Missouri, Columbia, MO, US. Additionally, he received a bachelor of arts  in psychology from the California State Polytechnic University at Pomona, US.

After completing his PhD, he worked as a therapist/consultant at Stanford University serving clients in the Silicon Valley before returning to Thailand. In his free time, he also provides pro bono psychological consultations to individuals in distress as a way to give back to the society and nourish his passion in helping his profession.
