Arindam Dan joined Nissan Motor Asia Pacific as General Manager – Regional HR Operations for Asia and Oceania – in December 2018, heading up HR operations. Before joining Nissan, he was heading up the Asia Pacific HR services at BP, based out of Kuala Lumpur.

He worked with IBM in Malaysia and India for more than 10 years and has taken various global roles that have covered operations in more than 120 countries. He has almost two decades of domain expertise and demonstrated capability in leading and transforming human capital and processes for a competitive advantage.

He holds an MBA from Maharishi Institute of Management, India, and a master of commerce in finance and economics from the University of Burdwan, India.
