With over 20 years of experience in hospitality, having worked in senior roles for prestigious groups such as Hilton Worldwide, Jumeirah Hotels and Resorts, and Hyatt International Hotels and Resorts, Caroline is an all-round HR professional committed to building an agile, sustainable and rewarding workplace while ensuring exceptional experiences for the guests and positive outcomes for all stakeholders.
