Claus Rasmussen is very passionate about linking business results with concrete and practical HR initiatives. For almost 20 years, he has worked in global companies within transportation, fashion and apparel, and for the past 10 years, at the world’s largest jewellery company. Since 2018, he has been located in Bangkok, Thailand, with the overall responsibility for PANDORA Productions’ HR and communication for almost 12,000 employees in Thailand.

He has a broad knowledge by working across the different parts of the HR value chain. Currently, his focus is on supporting the production KPIs through leadership, succession planning, compensation and benefits initiatives, etc.
