Currently serving as Head of HR Services at CIMB Thai, she spearheads critical functions including HR Operation, HR Governance, HRIS, recruitment, performance and rewards—ensuring operational excellence and group-wide policy alignment. Prior to this, she held a role of Head of HR at HSBC Thailand, driving strategic HR initiatives and fostering a high-performance, learning-centric culture. Throughout her career, from consultant at Adecco to senior HR executive, Doungthip steadily built a reputation for cultivating talent, optimising HR processes, and aligning business objectives with human capital excellence.
