Kevin – Dr.Santhipharp Khamsa-ard is the Seasoned HR leader who brings more than 28 years’ experience in FMCG, Automotive, Oil & Gas, Energy/Power, Petroleum/Chemical, Healthcare, Real Estate,  Food/Consumer/Retail and Digital Assets. The significant international working experiences having work across the region and as Strategic HR Business Partner to develop the people and grow up the business, familiar with Cross Cultural, Change Management, Diversity & Inclusion, Organization Development, Business Development and all spectrum of HR functions. Successful in many green field plant start up projects in Thailand, Laos, Malaysia and ASEAN as regional role.

The education background, obtained Bachelor Degree of Science(Physics), MBA, Human Resources National Certificates and PhD in Cultural Science & Cultural Management in Asia Pacific. Recognition as Thailand Business Sector: Person of the Year 2021; the leadership who drives the business, leading Organization Development and regional CSR network leader. Professional Keynote Speaker in International Conference (variety topics) and also as lecturer in multi tasks in ASEAN University.
