Duangmanee Mauengkeaw has more than 15 years of experience in a variety of HR functional areas, mostly in the energy industry. She currently works at Baker Hughes Operation (Thailand) as the Country Human Resources Lead for Thailand and Myanmar.

She is a HR business partner with operations, sales and marketing, finance and accounting and other functions for both the local and APAC region to support organisational growth and profitability. She sets challenging goals and motivates her employees to be successful in their careers and develops each team member for future career growth.

Duangmanee earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Chiang Mai University, Thailand and a higher degree and certificate from CIT and University of Canberra, Australia.

She is married with one daughter. She likes reading and travelling during her free time with her family. She enjoys a good Netflix programme with her daughter.
