Evgeniia has 20 years’ experience in HR, 15 years of which she has been working in People Experience Unilever. Her work experience includes HRIT projects implementation, new acquired companies’ integration, payroll outsourcing and insourcing, regional hubs set up and regional projects management. She has been moved to Thailand in December 2022 together with her family: husband and 2 kids. Currently Evgenia is leading People Experience functions in Thailand, Malaysia, Myanmar, Cambodia and Laos
