George Xavier is a highly motivated HR professional with an innovative and people-centred approach to solving complex business challenges and shaping high performance cultures at leading global organisations, including GE, JPMorgan, Emirates NBD, and HSBC, by using business acumen and the HR experience acquired across Asia and the Middle East over the past 20 years.

He is currently the Head of HR for the Asia region at FLSmidth and is based out of Bangkok. As a member of the global HR leadership team, he is responsible for the consistent and high level of HR services to the organisation, executing the global HR strategy and aligning it to business initiatives in the region, as well as ensuring a strong focus on inclusion and diversity.
