Kanokpai Vongsatitporn has 23 years of banking, finance and consulting experience in all areas of human resources from Accenture, HSBC Thailand, ING Life Insurance, FWD Life Insurance, with the latest at CIMB Thai Bank. She has been holding the position of Head of Human Resources at CIMB Thai Bank since January 2015.

She graduated with a bachelor of business administration from Thammasat University, Thailand and also an MBA from Kasetsart University.

During her tenure as Head of Human Resources at CIMB Thai, she has successfully transformed HR CIMB Thai to be a real business partner, built and transformed the right culture, and built up a high performance culture.

She has done this through a health work stream fast-forward programme, focused on diversity and inclusion by 30 (hiring people with disabilities), and strengthened the collaboration across teams to drive better accountability for delivery.
