Mandeep is associated with Food Service APME in the capacity of Regional HR Director and is based out of our Thailand head office. She has over 20 years of experience in Retail, Logistics and Transportation in leading organisations. Prior to joining FS APME, she has worked with LOTS Wholesale Solutions, JCPenney, and FedEx Express. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources.

Mandeep is a strategic HR leader with experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Organisation Development, Leadership Development, Coaching and Cultural Transformation with a focus on capability development, profitability, growth, and employee morale across sectors such as Logistics and Transportation, Retail (including startup) and Manufacturing. Helping business leaders build a strong foundation with an aim towards sustainable growth while ensuring an agile, and engaged high performing workforce is her passion
