Before being transitioned into Human Resource, she held multiple roles outside Human Resource. What inspired her to move into Human Resource because she believes Human Resource is the key to company’s success. Matukorn has spent over 10 years as Head Human Resource function in across industries; FMCG, Pharmaceutical, and Logistics. She is passionate to create Diversity and Inclusive workplace, where everyone can be their best self to unleash their full potential.
