Melany Sulaiman has more than 20 years of the full spectrum of HR international experience, including as a company’s CHRO, and currently as a Global HR Vice-President for a large division in Essilor supporting businesses across three continents.

Born and raised in Indonesia, she has lived and worked in several countries. Although Singapore is home, Bangkok has been her base since 2017. Passionate about leading an HR organisation that sits on the same table as the business, she is passionate about making a difference. Making a difference is the reason why she joined Essilor, whose mission is, “improving lives by improving sight”.
