Montana Pornpunyalert has had extensive experience in human resources management for more than 30 years. She is a versatile and skilled human resources professional who has had excellent hands-on experience in HR strategy and execution, change management, reorganisation, partnerships, diversity and inclusion management, human resources development and operation management.

She graduated with a master’s of human resources management from Sasin School of Management, in partnership with Wharton Business School and Kellogg School of Management.

Montana has worked as an HR leader and partner with management teams at various multinational companies mostly in professional services firms and healthcare sectors. She currently holds the position of Senior Vice-President at Gulf Energy Development Public Company, a fast growing private Thai company in power producers and renewable energy.

She received her professional HR credentials – SHRM-SCP© – from a renowned HR professional body in the US. She was also certified as a HRMP from the Human Resources Certification Institute from May 2012 to May 2015.

In addition, she has been qualified as an independent director from the Thai Institute of Director, in partnership with the Australian Institute of Director. She was also a guest lecturer teaching international business at the University of Technic Krungthep for one semester. She was an active volunteer alumnus for the Sustainability Development Centre at Sasin.
