Narumol Sunanchai, currently holding the leading role as Head of Human Resources at Sephora Thailand, a global leader in beauty retailing of LVMH – Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton global luxury leader. Its aim is to animate the most loved beauty community in the world.

Narumol is a committed leader who bring out the best of self and team through heart-based leadership with strong desire in deliver excellence and people development to ensure that the organization goals are achieved. She has built team and cultivate culture of ‘Sephora a Great Place to Work’ for Sephora Thailand while double sizing Head Office team as well as new opening of 5 stores in 6 -month journey through organization design, talent acquisition and personalized associates’ journey.

Prior expanded her HR professional career from hotel & resort management to retail industry, she successfully led HR & Training function and employee’s journey for 5 pre-opening Hotels & Resorts and 6 existing properties on her portfolio. During her regional role she is a champion of ‘HR Peer Review on Human Resources Compliances and Standard Implementation’ for Starwood Hotels & Resorts for Thailand Vietnam Cambodia.

Her passion on people and self development has led her to undergoing the certification program of professional coaching by International Coaching Foundation.
