With a proven track record, she has excelled as a Strategic HR Business Partner, spearheading people and business development initiatives across the region while demonstrating adeptness in leading change, fostering effective communication, and engaging teams to achieve high levels of commitment and engagement.

Her leadership and contributions were recognised and awarded. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, complemented by Master’s Degrees in Management Information Systems (MIS) and Business Administration (MBA), along with a PhD in Organisation Development.
